Founded in 2022, Highgate Lodge Care Home was established by Dr Gaurav Chaudhary and his wife, both experienced medical doctors. Driven by a shared commitment to compassionate, clinically-informed elderly care, they transformed a traditional care setting into a place where every resident is treated with dignity, cultural respect, and personalised attention.

Our Story, Rooted in Care and Clinical Insight
After years of working in the NHS and medical sector, Dr Chaudhary and his wife saw a gap in residential elderly care for a home that balanced emotional support with strong clinical governance. They acquired Highgate Lodge with a mission to elevate standards of care by applying medical best practice to daily routines, staff training, and resident wellbeing. From the outset, their goal was clear: create a safe, warm, and inclusive environment that feels like home, supported by a team that genuinely cares.
